Nurses were experiencing some degree of burnout before the pandemic and COVID-19 has increase the amount of stress and fatigue. Where do we go from here?

Being in a group with people who aren’t social distancing or wearing face coverings increases your risk of being exposed to COVID-19.  As more places open up during the pandemic, remember to social distance and wear a face mask or face covering when out in public. Also avoid touching face with unwashed hands.  An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Here are 5 rules to live by during a pandemic.
